Renie Cavallari, Chief Inspirational Officer
Renie Cavallari, Aspire’s Chief Inspirational Officer, is an energetic trainer, strategist, speaker, author and leader who has delivered measurable results for businesses around the world over the past 20 years. Renie founded Aspire in 1995 and since then has worked with thousands of clients around the world. As a powerhouse business leader, Renie helps individual assets to global brands achieve breakthrough results by utilizing her time-tested sales approaches, training/learning techniques, strategic marketing processes, team building and revenue optimization solutions.
Renie spent her career working with outstanding coaches and achieved dynamic results in a wide range of capacities including operations, sales and marketing, new business development, product repositioning, management training/learning and asset management and growth strategies. She is best known for collaborating with teams to inspire success and unleash the uncharted possibilities of people and the businesses they impact. Renie’s distinct and captivating speaking style has educated and entertained people from all walks of life. She raises the bar.

Barbara Campbell, Vice President & Director of Buying Environments
Barbara Campbell, vice president and director of buying environments, joined Aspire in 1998 to oversee the development and execution of all Aspire training programs including sales, customer care, revenue management, group and catering sales and coaching calls. Prior to joining Aspire, Barbara was responsible for marketing and advertising accounts for several hospitality and tourism businesses in Colorado and New Mexico, including Telluride Conference Center, Snowmass Resort Association and The Aspen Meadows.
As part of her role in managing the day-to-day operations of these organizations, Barbara directed the strategic planning, repositioning, leisure and group sales revenue growth strategies and Web site development. She began her marketing career in New York City, where she spent six years in the ad agency business, working on the AT&T, Procter & Gamble and DeBeers accounts. Barbara's analytical approach to devising solutions and her ability to orchestrate effective change is instrumental to the success of many of Aspire’s clients.

Keith Clark, Director of Possibilities
Keith Clark, lead Aspire coach and director of possibilities, is famous around here for constantly saying “the guest is always right.” He has been in customer service and sales since he was a manager for the GAP in New York City in the early-‘90s. Keith was also a cruise director for American Hawaii Cruises where he was responsible for customer service and experience delivery. His efforts for American Hawaii Cruises won the company the Hawaii Visitors and Conventions Bureau’s Kahilii award of excellence, three years in a row.
Prior to joining Aspire, Keith was in sales and marketing and responsible for the successful growth of several Internet reservations systems. Marketing Internet sites and understanding the rapid changes in the Internet industry, enables Keith to provide insight into every step in the buying life cycle of your customer. Keith’s leads all Aspire customer service training and is responsible for sales oriented training and revenue management training.

Lise Galletley, Wrangler of Resources
Lise Galletley proudly joined the Aspire team in 2008 as our Wrangler of Resources (Director of Operations). Lise’s passion is to drive organizational growth through the effective utilization of resources, be they people, process, or performance related. Lise is a numbers person and change agent at heart. Her first position was as in the foreign currency conversion department at one of London’s premier manufacturers of surgical instruments during England’s wild Punk era. She continued her career in accounting and management in the insurance, consulting, and computer industries.
Entrepreneurial and open to change, Lise formed her own company in 2005 and collaborated with new businesses to implement and document accounting and inventory systems in the Phoenix market. Most recently, she spearheaded the preparation for the successful sale of the Phoenix Technology Group, a local computer hardware reseller.. Born in England , Lise spent her formative years in the Frozen North of Canada, hunting polar bears and playing hockey. Educated internationally, Lise recently graduated from Arizona State University Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Global Business/Finance.

JC Thompson, Director of Client Experiences
JC Thompson, Aspire coach and Director of Client Experiences is focused on constant improvement. JC started his hospitality career at the ground level, literally; first as an airport shuttle driver and later Bellman for Marriott. After receiving a degree from Arizona State University in Tourism & Hotel Management, JC ventured into the destination management arena, performing on-site operations for several years. He then entered the luxury realm at the Four Seasons in Scottsdale where his roles varied from front office to residential real estate sales. After four rewarding years at Four Seasons, JC played an integral part in the opening of InterContinental Montelucia Resort in Scottsdale as the Director of Lifestyle. Here he managed the on-property living, concierge, kids programming, and activities. JC later became the Quality and Training Director for the resort, pushing guest service delivery and quality measurement to the next level. JC has participated in hotel openings from New York City to San Francisco as well as assisting with the launches of multi-brand initiatives nationwide.
With his pulse on service practices and delivery, JC believes that outside perspectives provide companies with the most valuable feedback. Consistently digging to discover the latest trends and newest technology, JC ensures that he keeps Aspire on the cutting edge of what’s next.
