Nic Jones, Coaching Call & Revenue Management Guru

Hospitality and hotels have always been the passion of Nic Jones, Coaching Call and Revenue Management Guru. He began his career at the prestigious Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in the Reservations and Group Reservations departments. After succeeding at the Biltmore, he left the field completely, only to find that the hospitality industry filled his need for mental challenges. When he returned he joined the historic Royal Palms Resort & Spa in Phoenix where he worked in the Revenue Management department, meeting and exceeding yearly goals. Nic has also been involved in the food and beverage side of the hospitality industry at several high end restaurants in California, including Bridges Restaurant, which was made famous by the movie Mrs. Doubtfire with Robin Williams. With Nic’s knowledge of the industry, he is able to implement successful and easy to understand strategies for Revenue Management at Aspire.
